OFFICIAL FESTIVAL OF MAKATI

Caracol was conceptualized in 1986 by the Makati Cultural affairs and ushered in the Fiesta Islands programme of the Department of Tourism in 1989 during the term of Antonio Gonzales as Tourism Secretary. Caracol became the Official Festival of Makati br virtue of Resolution No. 351 signed on January 21, 1991. The Official Festival is celebrated every last Sunday of February.

Experirnce the Biggest and brightest pyromusical show as 10 participants from different countries light up the Manila night sky as they go head to showcase their experirnce and artistry to the filipino audience.

For the 22nd Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, held from February 8 to 11, 2018 at Omni Aviation Airfield of Clark, Pampanga, you may just want to attend the early morning ceremonies only. That's when they blow up the balloons and fly to the skies.....but that may be too early for kids so you may want to reconsider bringing them to this Weekend of Everything that Flies.
